Art. 2.° El cuidado del edificio quedará á cargo del Administrador, y el de los enseres y la maquinaria, á cargo del Tesorero, quien tendrá la obligación especial de mantener aquélla en perfecto buen estado, de tal suerte que pueda funcionar cuandoquiera que el Gobierno resuelva continuar la amonedación. En consecuencia, los demás empleos de la Casa de Moneda quedan suspendidos.
