La reforma judicial consagrada en los decretos dictados por el Gobierno en ejercicio de las facultades que le fueren conferidas por la Ley 27 de 1963 , se aplicarán en todo caso en el territorio del nuevo Departamento del Quindío, con la modificación consagrada en el artículo anterior y con las demás leyes que la adicionan o reforman.
