° El citado señor Colmenares, además del recibo de fondos, tendrá a su cargo el pago de gastos y rendición de cuentas de inversión a la Contraloría General de la República, debiendo, antes de entrar en ejercicio, prestar el aseguro legal correspondiente. La prestación de estos servicios será ad honorem.
