El personal del Nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que sea reincorporado al servicio activo de la Policía Nacional, ingresará con la misma antigüedad que tenía en el momento del retiro y tendrá derecho a todas las prerrogativas correspondientes a su grado.
