Fundamento de la sanción disciplinaria. Toda sanción disciplinaria debe fundamentarse en las pruebas regular y oportunamente allegadas al proceso. Las pruebas deberán ser apreciadas en conjunto de acuerdo con los principios de la sana crítica, sin perjuicio de las solemnidades prescritas en la ley sobre existencia, validez y eficacia.
