Las multas de que trata el artículo anterior en ningún caso serán inferiores a mil pesos ($1.000.00) y se impondrán sin perjuicio de las sanciones por extemporaneidad e inexactitud y del desconocimiento de costos, deducciones de la renta bruta o pasivos patrimoniales, etc., cuando esto resulte procedente de acuerdo con las leyes y sus reglamentos.
