Los empleados que, según ley, tienen deber de visitar las oficinas a que se refiere el artículo 3º lo tienen también de inspeccionar los cuadros de registro y de verificar la exactitud de los datos. Al pie de los mismos cuadros, el Visitador o Visitadores certificarán sobre la inspección y verificación de exactitud antedichas; indicaran, además, las faltas y demoras que hubieren encontrado y las sanciones que hubieren impuesto.
