° Modifícase parcialmente el artículo 1° del Decreto número 37 de 1990 (enero 02), en el sentido de indicar que la novedad de exclusión del ascenso a Teniente con novedad fiscal tres (03) de diciembre de 1989 - Decreto 2720 de 1989, no surta efectos para el Subteniente de Infantería de Marina, David Antonio Vargas Ibáñez, 8300135, y en consecuencia confírmase su ascenso.

Parágrafo

El Teniente de Infantería de Marina David Antonio Vargas Ibáñez, 8300135, dentro del Escalafón General de las Fuerzas Militares sucede al Teniente de Infantería del Ejército Luis Alberto Jiménez Ospino, 8415941 y antecede al Teniente de Caballería del Ejército Carlos Arturo Gómez Ceballos, 8415870.
