Inclúyase en el Presupuesto de la vigencia del presente año económico la partida necesaria para el cumplimiento inmediato de esta Ley

Parágrafo

La partida destinada para la aplicación de esta Ley en el Presupuesto de 1916, subsistirá en los sucesivos Presupuestos, a juicio del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio hasta el completo implantamiento de la industria de sedería en los Departamentos que estén o vayan estando en condiciones adecuadas.
