Concedida la extradición, y si dentro de sesenta días, contados desde la comunicación que pone al individuo reclamado a disposición del Estado requirente, no hubiere sido remitido por el agente diplomático respectivo al país que lo solicita, se le pondrá en libertad y no podrá ser detenido nuevamente por la causa que determino la extradición.
