Art. 33. Cuando la pensión haya sido concedida a la viuda, o a la madre i a los hijos, i aquella pasare a nuevas nupcias, la parte correspondiente a ella acrecerá a la de los hijos; i cuando una pensión deba repartirse entre mas de dos personas, i ésta no esceda de veinte pesos para cada una, la parte de los que mueran o por causa legal pierdan su derecho acrecerá a la del que o los que continúen gozándola.
