ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.32 . INTERVENCION ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA ADMINISTRADORA O LA DEPOSITARIA. En caso de intervención administrativa de la sociedad administradora o de la depositaria, la Superintendencia Bancaria, previo concepto de la comisión de control del fondo, podrá disponer que el fondo o los valores que lo integran sean entregados a otra sociedad administradora o depositaria. Si se presentan las causales de intervención administrativa previstas por la ley únicamente respecto de la administración de un fondo de pensiones, la Superintendencia Bancaria podrá limitar su intervención a dicho fondo y disponer cuando sea del caso y previo concepto de la comisión de control, que d mismo se entregue a otra sociedad administradora.
