De Este Decreto Se Establecerá Un Fondo De Fomento De Servicios Docentes, Por Medio Del Cual Se Atenderá Programas De Producción Y Algunos Servicios Que Los Planteles No Alcancen A Prestar Con Los Recursos De Su Presupuesto Ordinario

Articulo trece. En cada uno de los institutos de que trata el

Parágrafo 1

del articulo 3º de este Decreto se establecerá un Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes, por medio del cual se atenderá programas de producción y algunos servicios que los planteles no alcancen a prestar con los recursos de su presupuesto ordinario.

Parágrafo

el Ministerio de Educación reglamentara la dirección, administración y funcionamiento de este fondo, con sujeción a las normas emanadas de la Contraloría General de la Republica para su control fiscal.
