Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley se deberá tomar en cuenta lo estatuido en las normas generales previstas en las Leyes 107 de 1936, 204 de 1938, 88 de 1940 y demás disposiciones que reglamenten los problemas de riego y desecación, en cuanto no sean contrarios a la presente Ley.
