Artículo único. Créase una Misión extraordinaria en los Estados Unidos y en Europa, para que desempeñe las comisiones y arregle los asuntos que le confieren los Ministerios del Despacho Ejecutivo. El Comisionado recibirá por toda remuneración, y cualquiera que sea el tiempo que gaste en llegar su cometido, la suma de treinta mil francos, que se le entregarán de una vez con las formalidades legales, Esta suma se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos vigente, Departamento del Tesoro, Capítulo 60, artículo 381. Comuníquese y publíquese.
