Art. 28. Las horas diarias del despacho que deben tener las factorías, serán designadas por el factor en el reglamento económico de la oficina, sin perjuicio de que pueda prorrogar la asistencia cuando ocurra algún negocio urjente. Durante el tiempo de las entregas de tabaco el despacho diario de la factoría será desde las seis de la mañana hasta las dos de la tarde, i desde las tres hasta las seis de la misma.
