º Queda prohibido todo cercamiento de los playones o sabanas comunales que tienda evitar el aprovechamiento de dichas tierras por todos los vecinos del lugar. En consecuencia, las autoridades municipales están en la obligación de tomar las medidas del censo para lograr el exacto cumplimiento de esta disposición, pudiera levantar las cercas que se construyan o que se hayan construido en contravención al espíritu fie este Decreto.
