Incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República o sus delegados, que hayan ejercido control fiscal de la Zona Franca y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en ella sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
