Los responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas que a la fecha de expedición de este Decreto no se hubieren inscrito o hubieren omitido alguna o algunas de las declaraciones de ventas y se acojan a los términos de este Decreto, quedarán exonerados de liquidación de aforo y sanciones por los impuestos causados hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1983, siempre y cuando cancelen el impuesto a cargo de los dos (2) últimos años a más tardar el 31 de enero de 1984.
