Objeto. La presente sección tiene por objeto reglamentar la capacitación para la inserción o reinserción laboral de que tratan los artículos 41 y 42 de la Ley 1636 de 2013, que podrá ser impartida por el empleador a través de las Unidades Vocacionales de Aprendizaje en Empresa -UVAE, de manera gratuita, a sus trabajadores, sus aprendices con contrato de aprendizaje y sus practicantes, en las actividades que desarrollan dentro de la empresa, mejorando las competencias de las personas y la productividad laboral.
