º . Naturaleza y objetivos. La Superintendencia de Valores es un organismo técnico de carácter constitucional, adscrito al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público que tiene por objeto estimular, organizar, desarrollar y regular el mercado público de valores, así como ejercer las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control que le delegue el Presidente de la República o le atribuya la ley.
