Con el fin de promover el emprendimiento social, el Gobierno nacional, a través de las distintas entidades estatales del orden nacional;•departamental, distrital y/o municipal, podrán desarrollar programas para -identificar, formar, acompañar e incentivar el emprendimiento social, teniendo -en cuenta la oferta pública y privada existente.

Parágrafo

Las. entidades referidas en el presente artículo podrán desarrollar estos programas con las entidades sin ánimo de lucro dedicadas al emprendimiento social, nacional y de reconocida idoneidad.
