"ARTICULO 12

"Las Partes estarán representadas ante la Comisión por Agentes destinados a servir de intermediarios entre ellas y la Comisión; ellas podrá, además, asesorarse con abogados y expertos que nombren al efecto y solicitar la audición de todas las personas cuyo testimonio encuentren útil.

"La Comisión tendrá, por su parte, la facultad de solicitar explicaciones orales a los agentes, abogados y expertos de las dos Partes, y a todas las personas que le parezcan útil hacer comparecer con la aquiescencia de sus Gobiernos.
