Clasificación De Los Municipios Y Distritos

Decreto 2190 de 2009 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente las Leyes 49 de 1990, 3ª de 1991, 388 de 1997, 546 de 1999, 789 de 2002 y 1151 de 2007 en relación con el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social en dinero para áreas urbanas.

°. Clasificación de los municipios y distritos. Para efectos de lo establecido en el presente decreto, los distritos y municipios se clasifican conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 617 de 2000 que contempla criterios de distribución poblacional e ingresos corrientes de libre destinación. Dicha clasificación comprende una categorización de los municipios bajo las siguientes denominaciones

a)

Categoría Especial;

b)

Categoría Uno;

c)

Categoría Dos;

d)

Categoría Tres;

e)

Categoría Cuatro;

f)

Categoría Cinco;

g)

Categoría Seis.
