Las oficinas de Hacienda Nacional que tenga a su cargo depósitos judiciales, conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, remitirán mensualmente a la Contraloría General de la Republica y a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, el extracto de la cuenta a que se refiere el inciso 1º. Del artículo 7º. Los Juzgados remitirán trimestralmente a la Procuraduría General de La Nación y al Departamento de Contraloría, el extracto de la cuenta de deposito que deben llevar, de acuerdo a con el articulo 8º, de este Decreto.
