º. Ejecutoriada la resolución, si ésta fuere favorable al peticionario, se comunicara inmediatamente al respectivo Tesorero Municipal, para que la cumpla y verifique la cancelación de la deuda y expida a aquél el correspondiente certificado de estar a paz y salvo por concepto de los impuestos de que ha sido eximido.
