ARTICULO 53 . Desembargo parcial en caso de exceso . En cualquier estado del proceso podrá solicitarse desembargo parcial de bienes por exceso. En tal caso, la solicitud permanecerá en la secretaría a disposición de las partes por dos días y el funcionario decidirá dentro de los tres días siguientes. El desembargo a que se refiere el inciso anterior se cumplirá una vez ejecutoriada la respectiva providencia.
