Las oficinas telefónicas, telegráficas y postales funcionarán en forma permanente el día de las elecciones y transmitirán con prelación y franquicia los resultados de las votaciones a los funcionarios de que trata el artículo anterior. Los empleados de comunicaciones así como los claveros y delegados municipales que, sin causa justificada, retarden u omitan la transmisión de los resultados de las elecciones, serán sancionados con la pérdida del cargo.
