° El artículo 6° del Decreto 2047, quedará así: “Artículo 6° El proceso se adelantará por todos los delitos confesados, siguiendo el procedimiento abreviado establecido en el Libro II, Título VII, Capítulo Unico, del Código de Procedimiento Penal, pero no habrá lugar a la libertad provisional a que se refiere el artículo 483 de dicho estatuto”.
