Artículo único. La Junta de Emisión queda autorizada para emitir y poner a la orden del Tesorero general de la República los cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000) en billetes de diez centavos cada uno, de la litografía del Sr. Villaveces, que existen en la Caja de la Sección Liquidadora, con las formalidades con que se hizo la primera emisión de esta clase de billetes.
