Art. 12. Para los casos de fraude á las nuevas rentas en que no se hayan especificado claramente las penas en que incurran los defraudadores, adóptanse por asimilación las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto número 339 del año de 1905, y para el efecto de aplicar las penas considérase que el kilogramo representa un litro, menos en el oro, la plata y las perlas, en que la equivalencia será de un gramo por litro.
