Pago de la incapacidad o licencia. La prestación económica originada en la licencia por enfermedad, riesgos laborales, maternidad o paternidad estará a cargo de la entidad de seguridad social competente, y se pagará de conformidad con la ley de seguridad social y las normas que la reglamenten.
