Cada Operador Radioaficionado Debidamente Licenciado Llevará Un Libro De Registro De Operación O Libro De Guardia En El Que Se Anotará: 1

Cada operador radioaficionado debidamente licenciado llevará un libro de registro de operación o libro de guardia en el que se anotará

Fecha y hora de la transmisión.

Banda de frecuencia de transmisión.

Clase de emisión.

Potencia. El libro de registro de operación puede ser llevado en cintas o discos magnéticos, con propósitos específicos y en forma continua, sin mutilamientos o enmendaduras. El libro de registro de operación debe conservarse al menos por seis (6) meses contados desde la fecha de la última transmisión y podrá ser revisado por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones cuando lo considere conveniente.
