Adiciónese los siguientes literales al Artículo 12 de la Ley 1014 de 2006 , así:

"ARTÍCULO 12. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS DE LA FORMACIÓN PARA EL EMPRENDIMIENTO. Son objetivos específicos de la formación para el emprendimiento:

e)

Fortalecer la formación y el acompañamiento al emprendimiento social y rural.

f)

Contribuir al fortalecimiento de los programas desarrollados por las entidades sin ánimo de lucro, dedicadas a la promoción del emprendimiento social y rural.

g)

Desarrollar habilidades para la identificación, caracterización, seguimiento, monitoreo y evaluación del impacto del emprendimiento social y rural en Colombia".
