En atención á lo caro de la vida y á lo insalubre del clima, á los Oficiales que prestan sus servicios en las guarniciones de la Costa Atlántica, Quibdó, Ocaña, Honda, Cúcuta y Bucaramanga, se les abonará un 20 por 100 sobre los sueldos que hoy devengan, y á los individuos de tropa de las mismas guarniciones, un 10 por 100.
