Los recursos contra una resolución que imponga sanción de multa solo serán concedidos previo depósito de su valor o garantizando en forma idónea el cumplimiento de la obligación. La sanción no podrá imponerse pasados tres (3) años contados a partir de la ocurrencia del hecho que dio origen a la apertura de la investigación.
