Las autoridades municipales, distritales y/o metropolitanas, deberán disponer de espacios adecuados para el despacho y acopio de los vehículos de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Mixto. En ningún caso las autoridades de transporte municipales, distritales y/o metropolitanas exigirán a los vehículos de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Mixto el ingreso y despacho desde terminales de transporte.
