Art. 5.° Las personas o compañías que contraten la construccion del ferrocarril i esplotacion de las minas de carbon, no tendrán que pagar ninguna clase de contribucion por causa de la empresa respectiva; ni derechos de importacion por las máquinas, utensilios i demas efectos que introduzcan para la ejecucion de las obras necesarias o para su conservacion i mejora.
