Repealed

Son funciones de la Comisión Nacional para el Sistema Nacional de Identificación e Información de Ganado, las siguientes:

1. Aprobar el Sistema de identificación que se utilizará para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema.

2. Preparar los proyectos de reglamentación que expedirá el Gobierno Nacional, para establecer el Sistema de Identificación e Información de Ganado Bovino, que llevará a la identificación progresiva del hato nacional.

3. Establecer un Comité Técnico Asesor, definirle sus funciones y dictar su reglamento interno.

4. Elaborar y aprobar su reglamento interno.

5. Las demás que sean necesarias para el cabal cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema. Vigente desde: 21/10/2004 y hasta el: 14/07/2013
