Al Memorial De Solicitud De Los Gastos De Entierro Se Acompañarán Los Siguientes Documentos

° Al memorial de solicitud de los gastos de entierro se acompañarán los siguientes documentos

Certificado de defunción expedido por el funcionario respectivo:

Certificado del respectivo superior en que se exprese si al tiempo de la muerte se hallaba en ejercicio de sus funciones o en uso de licencia por enfermedad.

Certificado del pagador sobre el último sueldo devengado por el difunto.

Parágrafo

Los gastos de entierro se pagarán preferencialmente a las personas designadas en el artículo 4° de la Ley 71 de 1945, cuando acrediten que ha hecho esos gastos, o a la persona que establezca esa circunstancia. Asistencia médica
