Por disposición de una Cámara o Asamblea o de sus respectivos presidentes, podrá el Ministro de Gobierno o el Gobernador respectivo decretar la pena de cincuenta ($50) a doscientos ($200) pesos de multa, contra cualquiera de los individuos de que trata el artículo 13, cuando en la relación de las sesiones de las Cámaras o Asambleas se incurra en marcadas y repetidas inexactitudes sustanciales.
