Si no hubiere acuerdo con los propietarios afectados con las servidumbres a que se refiere el artículo 47 del Decreto 1112 de 1.952, se expropiarán los terrenos necesarios siguiendo el procedimiento que para tal efecto señalan los artículos 48 y siguientes del citado Decreto.
