Los contribuyentes de que trata el parágrafo 1° del artículo 905 del Libro VIII del Estatuto Tributario podrán acceder al Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales de que trata la Ley 1562 de 2012, en los términos que defina el Gobierno nacional. El monto de la cotización se financiará con recursos provenientes del componente de riesgos laborales del monotributo.
