A rtículo 1.° Abrese al Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en curso, con imputación al artículo 321 del capítulo gastos varios, un crédito adicional por la suma de seis mil pesos oro $ 6.000 para pagar a la Academia de Medicina lo que se le adeuda por razón del auxilio decretado por la ley 71 de 1800.

Parágrafo

Autorizase a la precitada Academia para invertir de esta suma lo que juzgue necesario en la reunión del Congreso Nacional de Medicina que se verificara en Medellín en diciembre del presente año.
