La presente ley tiene como objeto establecer mecanismos normativos para facilitar el acceso al ámbito laboral, de aquellas personas que recientemente han culminado un proceso formativo, o de formación profesional o de educación téDnica, tecnológica o universitaria; al reconocer de manera obligatoria como experiencia profesional y/o relacionada aquellas prácticas que se hayan realizado en el sector público y/o sector privado como opción para adquirir el correspondiente título.
