Prórroga

Decreto 2655 de 2014 · por el cual se amplía la vigencia del régimen de pensiones especiales para las actividades de alto riesgo previstas en el Decreto número 2090 de 2003.

°. Prórroga. Ampliar la vigencia del régimen de pensiones especiales para las actividades de alto riesgo previstas en el Decreto número 2090 de 2003, hasta el 31 de diciembre del año 2024.

Parágrafo

Si después de haber transcurrido los primeros cinco (5) años de la ampliación de que trata este artículo, el Consejo Nacional de Riesgos Laborales presenta un estudio que evidencie nuevos elementos técnicos que requieran la revisión del término otorgado por este decreto, el Gobierno nacional procederá a revisar dicho plazo.
