°. Ejecución presupuestal y de reservas. Las entidades creadas, escindidas, suprimidas, fusionadas, reestructuradas, transformadas o cambiadas su naturaleza en desarrollo de las facultades otorgadas en la Ley 1444 de 2011, continuarán ejecutando hasta el 31 de diciembre, sus ingresos y gastos con cargo a las apropiaciones de las secciones presupuestales identificadas en la Ley 1420 de 2010. De igual manera se aplicará este procedimiento para la ejecución de las cuentas por pagar y las reservas presupuestales de las vigencias 2010 y 2011, salvo disposición en contrario.
