Los informes y actos administrativos que deban someterse a consideración del Presidente de la República serán revisados y aprobados previamente por el Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia de la República. El asesor investigador deberá atender las observaciones que con motivo de tal revisión formule el Secretario Jurídico.
