Son de carrera los cargos de magistrados de los Tribunales, de los Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura y de las Comisiones Seccionales de Disciplina Judicial, los jueces, los fiscales y demás cargos de empleados que por disposición expresa de la Ley no sean de libre nombramiento y remoción o de período de la Rama Judicial.
