De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 6° del Decreto 2423 de 2004, el aportante no podrá suspender el pago de la cotización al Servicio Médico y Odontológico de la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, Corelca S. A. – ESP, Entidad Adaptada al Sistema, hasta tanto se haga efectivo el traslado del trabajador afiliado y de su grupo familiar.

Decreto 4392 de 2004 · por el cual se cancela la autorización otorgada al Servicio Médico y Odontológico de la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, Corelca S. A. – ESP, entidad adaptada al Sistema, para continuar prestando servicios de salud en los términos del Capítulo II del Decreto 1890 de 1995 y se ordena su liquidación.
